arsimim t\u00eb duhur e me prirje moderne po vazhdon t\u00eb rritet n\u00eb Ballkanin e sunduar nga politika ndar\u00ebse p\u00ebr dekada t\u00eb t\u00ebra. Po kjo rini, po synon q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb i ndau deri sot ta shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00eb kthese q\u00eb do mbjell\u00eb ndjenja afrimi. Mitrovica, nj\u00eb qytet\u00a0 i vog\u00ebl i k\u00ebtij gadishulli, e ndar\u00eb edhe fizikisht nga nj\u00eb lum dhe nj\u00eb ur\u00eb, po tenton ta jap shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb fryme bashk\u00ebpunimi mes gjeneratave q\u00eb nuk duan ta kujtojn\u00eb luft\u00ebn e as nuk duan ndarje shoq\u00ebrore, gjeografike (fizike), emocionale e njer\u00ebzore. Kjo gjenerat\u00eb, pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs jam edhe un\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb testin e vet duke d\u00ebshmuar se fryma rinore po m\u00ebton t\u2019i kthjelloj\u00eb raportet t\u00eb cunguara mes dekadash. Un\u00eb me koleg\u00ebt e mi gazetar\u00eb nga veriu tashm\u00eb kemi dhjet\u00ebra trajnime q\u00eb kemi ndjekur s\u00eb bashku, duke shqyrtuar projekte t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta q\u00eb do i sh\u00ebrbenin komunitetit ton\u00eb n\u00eb aspektin e informimit online.<\/p>\n<p>Konstatimi i lartcekur ilustrohet edhe me dhurimin e nj\u00eb shume t\u00eb hollash nga ana e nj\u00eb t\u00eb riu serb rreth 20 vjecar\u00a0 n\u00eb ark\u00ebn e vendosur n\u00eb pik\u00ebn e pagesave t\u00eb nj\u00eb marketi n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi shqiptare ne Lagjen e Boshnjak\u00ebve n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs. Arka e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur aty p\u00ebr t\u00eb grumbulluar para p\u00ebr familjen e nj\u00eb shqiptari nevojtar n\u00eb jug \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbushur plot me dy valuta, euro dhe dinar\u00eb. Edhe pse me gjuh\u00eb dhe valuta t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e jugut dhe ata t\u00eb veriut duke e zgjatur dor\u00ebn e ndihm\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin po d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se me gjith\u00eb tentativat p\u00ebr ndikim e manipulim, shpirti i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i njejt\u00eb dhe nuk pranon as ngjyrime politike, as etnike, as racore e as fetare, pasi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dit\u00ebs t\u00eb gjith\u00eb flejn\u00eb n\u00ebn qiellin e njejt\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb qyteti me nevoja dhe em\u00ebr t\u00eb njejt\u00eb por me prapashtes\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme gjeografike.<\/p>\n<p>Ani pse ka tendenca dashakeqe q\u00eb ndarja t\u00eb thellohet dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi t\u00eb mos tematizohet, nd\u00ebrveprimi njer\u00ebzor nga t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt po ua pamund\u00ebson ithtar\u00ebve t\u00eb ndarjeve nj\u00eb dicka t\u00eb till\u00eb. Edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb po kryenin sh\u00ebrbimin e tyre si polic\u00eb t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk hezituan madje kishin d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u kujdesur p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt serb\u00eb t\u00eb Banjsk\u00ebs n\u00eb Zve\u00e7an, duke u siguruar edhe pako ushqimore ne dit\u00ebt kur qarkullimi n\u00eb zon\u00eb ishte i kufizuar p\u00ebr shkaqe sigurie. Por, instikti njer\u00ebzor nuk njeh kufizime; ai ishte aty, n\u00eb mesin e dy komuniteteve q\u00eb po i shtrinin dor\u00ebn e ndihm\u00ebs nj\u00ebri-tjetrit.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse Mitrovica, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe komunat tjera t\u00eb veriut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs po kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb turbulence sigurie e politike, hapa t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj drejt bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebretnik kan\u00eb hedhur kryesisht t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb merren me aktiviz\u00ebm shoq\u00ebror, kultur\u00eb, muzik\u00eb dhe gazetari.\u00a0 T\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij qyteti me nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb t\u00eb pasur gjat\u00eb dekadash q\u00eb i ka sh\u00ebrbyer si shembull t\u00ebr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb treguar gjithmon\u00eb nivel t\u00eblart\u00eb\u00a0 edukimi dhe vet\u00ebdije e cila gjithmon\u00eb pastaj \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb urave t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit e paqes s\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme mes komunitetesh k\u00ebtu. Mitrovicasit e rinj dhe mitrovicaset e reja megjithat\u00eb po arrijn\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur me tregime konfliktesh t\u00eb zbardhin faqe t\u00eb reja bashk\u00ebpunimi. Ata po d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se nuk hezitojn\u00eb fare t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb muzik\u00eb rok s\u00eb bashku, njejt\u00eb sic b\u00ebnin dikur gjeneratat e vjetra t\u00eb k\u00ebtij qyteti plot kultur\u00eb, duke afruar mes vete secilin q\u00eb e kupton se paqja \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja rrug\u00eb p\u00ebrpara.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb\u00a0 fund t\u00eb\u00a0 dit\u00ebs nuk dallon forma se si gjyshi i Milanit<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn Veriore e punon tok\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta ndihmuar ekonomin\u00eb e familjes me form\u00ebn se si gjyshi i Albertit n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Jugut e ka punuar at\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb vitesh.\u00a0 Madje, nuk dallon as l\u00ebvizja e lir\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr momentin ofron pasaporta e Kosov\u00ebs me at\u00eb q\u00eb ofron pasaporta q\u00eb Serbia l\u00ebshon p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshtetasit e saj q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb veri e n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pasaportat p\u00ebr momentin kan\u00eb t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn fuqi sa i p\u00ebrket zon\u00ebs Schengen. Pra, Anja q\u00eb punon si gazetare n\u00eb veri duhet t\u00eb pajiset me viz\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i takuar koleg\u00ebt e saj n\u00eb Kroaci njejt\u00eb si Majlinda q\u00eb punon si gazetare n\u00eb jug t\u00eb qytetit, p\u00ebr dallim nga koleg\u00ebt e tyre nga Serbia q\u00eb tash e shum\u00eb vite kan\u00eb fituar leht\u00ebsime procedurale dhe liberalizim t\u00eb vizave p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb lire ne zon\u00ebn Schengen. Por, Anja ka edhe pasaport\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, andaj prej Janarit, ajo bashk\u00eb me Majlind\u00ebn mund t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb lirsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Kroaci, pa marr\u00eb parasysh n\u00ebse n\u00eb xhirollogarin\u00eb e tyre deponohet paga q\u00eb marrin n\u00eb euro apo dinar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ani pse t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e qytetit t\u00eb ndar\u00eb fizikisht nga Ibri i pret pun\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebrpara, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e k\u00ebtij qyteti kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se jan\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb paepur e me vendosm\u00ebri t\u00eb madhe drejt rr\u00ebnimit t\u00eb urave t\u00eb ndarjes e drejt krijimit t\u00eb urave t\u00eb lidhjes. Q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb forcojn\u00eb q\u00ebllimet e tyre drejt nj\u00eb rruge t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, atyre u duhet fuqizim dhe mb\u00ebshtetje morale, financiare e politike e cila duhet t\u00eb buroj\u00eb nga d\u00ebshira q\u00eb e drejta e secilit qytetar t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb ket\u00eb pesh\u00ebn e njejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb respektohet nj\u00ebsoj si n\u00eb jug ashtu edhe n\u00eb veri.
