Ovaj pristup stvorio bi preduslove za buduću normalizaciju odnosa između samih zajednica, ali jedno bi poslao jasan signal trajne predanosti da se pomirenje može i mora dogoditi isključivo kroz oblik direktnog dijaloga, osnovanog na toleranciji i uzajamnom poštovanju.
Ako pomirenje nije problem, ko će se pomiriti? Što se tu ima kriti? Ništa, odgovorio bih. Ako se pomirenje ne spominje kao problem, onda problem ne postoji. Svi mi želimo znati istinu, a kada bi znali istinu i otvoreno o njoj govorili, šanse za pomirenje bi se poboljšale.
